Filing Your Iowa Documents Online

You can file your Iowa formation documents online at the Secretary of State’s website.

You will need all the proper forms ready on your computer:

• For LLCs: Certificate of Organization
• For Corporations: Articles of Incorporation
• Forms must be signed
• Forms must be properly and completely filled out
• Forms must be PDF format
